Can Shock, Burn, Or Cause Death

shocking

Big electrical thingy on Marshall. I have at least one other picture of this electrical nature, but it doesn’t really fit with this one, so I’ll post it tomorrow.

O’er Yon Fence

bullhorns 1

bullhorns 2

I finally went out and took some pictures today, just around the neighborhood. Of course, it soon began to rain and hail furiously, but luckily I was taking pictures underbneath the railroad bridge at that point. These two pictures are from some random parking lot thing at the end of our street, which is sometimes locked behind a fence, and sometimes isn’t. Along with this lovely bullhorny apparatus, it houses some building of indeterminate purpse, some cars, and some O’Gara’s window overhangs.

Welcome To My Catblog

genencor face

I’d like to say I never leave the house, but it just isn’t true. I go to Home Video, I ride my bike, and…do…other things, I guess. I do plan to take pictures on this lovely little bike trail just across the river. Maybe tomorrow! Who knows. Life’s like this. You fall, and you crawl, and you break, and you take what you get, and you turn it into honesty. Promise me I’m never gonna find you fake it. No, no, no. Thank you, goodnight.

Girls Who Wear Glasses

cassie glasses

Not much to say. Cassie has glasses, we just finished the first season of Six Feet Under, the kitty sleeps all day, and I have to go work at the video store in a few hours. Ah, summer.

Fatty’s Apprentice

fat genencor 1

fat genencor 2

Genencor has put on a little bit of weight since we’ve brought him up here, probably because he doesn’t have other cats to play and exercise with, and probably because he sleeps when we’re not here, and sleeps when we sleep, which makes for, like, 18 hours of sleeping a day. We try to exercise him by playing the birdie game with a little fishing pole feather dealy, but he mostly just lies on his back and expects the birdie to come to his rotund self. What a fatty.

Still At The Show

tilly 6

More pictures from the show a couple weeks ago. I’m going to another on Saturday, but I don’t think I’ll take a camera cause it’s first ave and they’re scary and they search you. It is a cold and rainy day in May and I would maybe like to take a nap.

School’s Out, But I’m Still Here

tilly 3

School is out, but I’m still here. It’s a bit of a strange feeling, not packing up and going home right after completing several shitty papers and tests. But, I am happy to be here, and I have a job! Now if I can just find another one, I’ll be set.

Askeleton was AOK

askel 1

askel 2

askel 3

A band called Askeleton played first at the Triple Rock last Saturday. You can see them in the corners of these pictures, I think. They are blurry and many colors. They were OK, nothing special. The lead singer had a tendency to act out, like charades, whatever he was singing about, which was a little strange. In conclusion, I must go do important finals things, so goodbye.

Pad Thai

red cassie

Cassie and I went to Pad Thai last Saturday, which was our two year anniversary. Not that we went to Pad Thai for our anniversary, per se, but it was delicious as always. I can recall when we went there for our six month anniversary back in the day. It was in a different place, now occupied by a steady rotation of ever-changing Asian themed fooderies, probably operated by the various cousins of the owners of Pad Thai. Oh man Pad Thai is good.

I Walk Along Darkened Corridors

walkin @ springfest

From Springfest, more black and white experimentation. Springfest should have probably, for the sake of accuracy, been called Lamefest. So we went to Orlando’s instead. Then Cassie and I shoved off to Tilly and the Wall and Of Montreal. They rhyme, as I’m sure you now realize. More visual documentation from the night is up ahead.

Chipotle

chipotle table

This is actually from awhile ago. I forgot that I had a couple pictures from Chipotle. But, yesterday I went to see Tilly and the Wall and Of Montreal at the Triple Rock, so I think I’ve got a couple of interesting shots from that. Also, Springfest was a total bust. It was INSIDE and etc. Lame. The cold streak continues today as I look out at the 42 degree weather and see snow falling. Ugh. Happy May Day from Minnesota!
